Although often overlooked, radio communications are a key element for efficient command and control during disaster operations as well as day to day hospital operations. DMC has over 20 years of experience in EMS and hospital communications systems. First Receiver Awareness Level Training (D100)
This course provides training as required by OSHA's HAZWOPER Standard (29CFR 1910.120) for First Receiver Awareness Level. It is for hospital personnel who may encounter a contaminated patient. The potential staff could include clinicians, environmental services, maintenance and office personnel. It is also recommended for those providing COLD ZONE team and patient support. (4 hrs)

This training course is designed for hospital employees that are the operational team performing decontamination procedures of patients exposed to a hazard. The class is a combination of lecture, hands on application of PPE and Decon Unit equipment and exercise of processes in the hospital’s decon unit. (8 hrs) plus Awareness Level class

The advanced course is a lecture series on the medical management of patients due to a CBRINE (chemical, biological, radiological, incendiary, nuclear or explosive) event. The audience is the medical providers providing care to the hazard exposed patients. Syllabus upon request.
